This page describes what tonia.ca writes to your browser and what its server records.

Our posture

No third-party cookies. No ad trackers. No audience-measurement beacon is active. The tonia.consent cookie is therefore not set.

What the server records

The Quebec-based server keeps an access log to operate and secure the site: requested URL, response code, user agent, referring page, IP address, and timestamp. It does not create an advertising profile. The log is purged after 90 days.

tonia does not sell this information.

If audience measurement is reactivated

Before enabling non-essential audience measurement, tonia displays a clear Accept or Refuse choice and updates this page. No analytics cookie is set before your choice.

How to change your mind

Because no audience measurement is active, there is no analytics consent to withdraw. You can delete necessary cookies in your browser settings; some functions will then need to begin a new session.

For any request, write to privacy@tonia.ca or vieprivee@tonia.ca. You can also read about our Privacy Officer.

Regulatory framework

Strictly necessary cookies provide a requested function or protect the service. Any non-essential cookie requires consent under Bill 25, including ss. 8.1 and 14 (CQLR P-39.1).

Our Privacy Policy describes the full processing.
